Job Description: Unit Head – Digital Sales (Secured Lending) Relevant Experience: 5 to 8 Years Experience and Key skill sets required: 5+ years in Digital sales / inside sales, preferably in secured lending (HL / LAP). 1–2 years’ experience leading a team. Strong coaching, process, and communication skills. Proficiency with CRM / dialer tools 3-5 years of experience in partner management or strategic planning, preferably within fintech or secured lending. Technical aptitude with preferred experience in API integrations and tech solutions. Proficient in data analysis and deriving strategic insights. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach a team of 5-10 Digital sales agents, driving high performance and productivity. Ensure achievement of team targets for lead-to-login and lead-to-disbursal conversions. Support recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling of agents. Partnership Onboarding.
