Overview: The Global Program Manager responsible for overseeing and driving cross functional workstreams that supports continuous development, process optimization and other activities post commercialization This role ensures alignment of strategic objectives with operational executions working closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Operations and Supply chain Key Responsibilities: Align global LCM strategies and translate them into actionable program plan Drive continuous improvement, business continuity deliverables Develop detailed timeline, resources plan and budget for LCM activities Ensure timely delivery of milestones, budgets and risk mitigation strategies. Track progress and proactively resolve issues or delays. Adhere to internal governance process; prepare and deliver updates to governance forums program update and decisions required Requirements: Bachelors degree with science or engineering background from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience. MBA and/or PMP certification is desired. 6-10+ years in Biopharmaceutical industry with strong understanding of drug development and commercialization process At-least 3 years on direct program management in preferable. Strong analytical acumen and attention to detail. Leadership skills and a proactive, go-getter attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders Proficiencies in project management tools; advanced skills in MS Project, Excel, Power BI and other tools helpful in tracking and monitoring timelines Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
