Job Description: Associate/Senior Associate – Foundation & CUET Category Team Position : Associate/Senior Associate (Based on Interview) Department : Foundation & CUET Category Responsibilities: Daily Operations : Manage Foundation / CUET operations centrally on a daily basis. Stakeholder Coordination : Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Report Management : Collect, consolidate, and analyze reports from various departments. Student Feedback : Gather and analyze feedback from students to improve services and outcomes. Marketing Collaboration : Work with the marketing team to grow the Foundation & Cute Categories through paid marketing, influencer partnerships, and other strategies. YouTube Growth Coordination : Collaborate with the YouTube growth team to expand our category's YouTube channels and increase the funnel. Batch Planning and Execution : Plan and execute batches to ensure timely and effective delivery of courses. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 06 Months to 2 Years experience in operations management. EdTech Experience is a bonus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with marketing and digital media strategies is a plus. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of Foundation & CUET programs and enhancing the overall student experience.
