Job Title : Soft Services Executive Location : Mumbai – Goregaon Client : Leading Real Estate – Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage soft services such as housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, and pantry operations Coordinate with service vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery Conduct daily site inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained Monitor consumables and stock levels for cleaning and pantry supplies Maintain daily reports and update facility management dashboards Candidate Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management (soft services) Prior experience handling corporate or real estate sites preferred Good communication and vendor management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple soft service areas
