Ability to think & act strategically & proactively. Must have experience leading development of solution proposals. Disruptive product thinker with a vision of the future. Secondary Market research for customer, domain, technology to identify potential solution development areas Act as a steward for innovation solutions, devise new opportunities & solutions & help establish strategic vision around solutions. Collaborates with various teams (Internal as well as External) , Senior leaderships to develop innovation roadmap and recommend Innovative solutions Serves as the solution lead & lead the development of innovative solutions.
