Hi All, Job Title – L&D Specialist Location- Pune. Education: MBA or any master's degree (Fulltime) Diversity Only Experience - 4- 7 Years Major Roles & Responsibilities: • Training Need Analysis (TNA): o Conduct regular assessments to identify skills gaps within the organization based on performance metrics, business goals, and industry trends. o Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand specific training needs and align learning programs with business objectives. o Develop actionable insights from TNA data to inform the creation of targeted training programs. • Certifications and Industry Standards: o Coordinate and oversee training programs designed to help employees earn industry-recognized certifications. o Ensure that all training initiatives align with current industry standards and certification requirements to enhance employee skillsets and credibility. • Program Design & Delivery: o Design, develop, and deliver tailored training programs that address identified skill gaps and align with organizational goals. o Select appropriate training methodologies (e.g., workshops, e-learning, blended learning) to maximize engagement and learning outcomes. o Ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and impactful training experiences for all employees. • Evaluation & Reporting: o Measure the effectiveness of training programs using models like Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation. o Gather feedback from participants and key stakeholders to assess program success and areas for improvement. o Generate reports on training outcomes and ROI, making recommendations for continuous program enhancement. • Step Up & Academy Program: o Develop and implement career growth initiatives, including leadership development programs, mentorship opportunities, and succession planning. o Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles. o Foster a culture of continuous learning and personal growth within the organization. • Program Management: o Oversee the logistics of training initiatives, including scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and ensuring timely delivery. o Manage relationships with external training vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of training programs. o Ensure all training programs are well-organized, cost-effective, and aligned with company goals. • Behavioural and Soft Skills Training: o Conduct training sessions focused on soft skills such as communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, and problem-solving. o Design interactive and engaging activities that promote behavioural change and improve workplace collaboration and performance. o Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their personal and professional development If Interested, please share profile at
