Job Description Position: Junior Accountant Experience: 1–3 Years Qualification: Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance, or related field Location: Ernakulam/ Kochi We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with strong experience in Zoho Books and advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, reporting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and A/P & A/R activities 2. Maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books 3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports 4. Develop Excel spreadsheets for reporting and analysis 5. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tax filings 6. Support internal and external audits 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters 8. Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and ledger reconciliations
