Job Overview: Innovatiview India is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of electrical infrastructure for examination centers across various locations. The role demands expertise in electrical project planning, BOQ preparation, scheduling, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe, reliable, and timely electrical setup in line with project standards and regulatory norms. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end management of electrical setup for examination center projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Prepare and validate detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for electrical components including wiring, UPS, DG sets, switchboards, lighting, and distribution panels. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules with milestones, resource allocation, and risk management plans. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients for timely execution and quality assurance. Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to determine infrastructure needs and ensure feasibility. Ensure adherence to safety standards, energy efficiency, and compliance with relevant electrical regulations. Supervise on-site installations and perform inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to design specifications. Address and resolve project-related issues, delays, or technical challenges in coordination with stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, reports, and documentation to internal leadership and client teams. Support procurement processes by identifying technical specifications and vendor capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. • 8–12 years of experience in managing electrical infrastructure projects, preferably in the examination, education, or facility management domain. • Strong knowledge of electrical design, load calculation, safety norms, and regulatory compliance. • Experience with BOQ creation, project costing, vendor negotiations, and quality audits. • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different geographies. • Willingness to travel extensively for project site visits and execution.
