After the final quality checks the goods are transported, delivered and installed by our team to ensure a seamless process. Role Description 1.    Attending Walk-in Clients A. Greet and attend walk-in clients by understanding their requirements, giving them a tour of the showroom. Propose appropriate solutions and recommendations based on their liking and requirements. B. If interest in generated by the client, then show more options of furniture on the TV, and note down their selection. C. Ensure the hospitality of the clients. 2.    Sales Proposal A. Generate a professional sales proposal with the design, material selections noted. B. For Modular furniture, get a price proposal from the modular designers C. Verify the prices in the sales proposal with the manager. D. Promptly submit the proposal to the clients. 3.    Client Follow-ups A. Regularly Follow up with the leads and inquiries. B. Fill in the inquiries in the google form sheet and update daily. C. If the leads are lost, then record the reason they are lost. 4.    Order Processing & Dispatch A. If the deal is finalized, then compile the final order form in the prescribed format and share it with the manager. B. Communicate the final details of the order and delivery timeline to the clients either via email or whatsapp. C. Prepare the working drawings where required and get it approved by the client. D. Track the order progress in an ongoing basis and update the client regularly. E. Once the products are ready, then verify if the products are made as per specifications and QC for quality parameters. Once satisfied, get the final QC done by the manager. F. Update the client of the product readiness. Invite them for a QC. Once approved, ensure full and final payment is done. Only, then schedule for dispatch. 5.    Showroom Display A. Ensure that the showroom display is arranged according to the prescribed manner. B. Assist the admin manager in coordinating the day to day activities and point out if there are any lapses in the cleanliness and of the showroom. Educational Qualifications : Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture Experience : 3-5 years
