This department serves as the strategic IT partner for the Flat Products business processes, acting as a vital link between business stakeholders and IT service providers. D&IT CMO collaborates closely with business owners across central teams, sales agencies, Order Management Platforms, Supply Chain, Industrial Clusters, and Plants throughout Flat Europe.We focus on delivering scalable, efficient, and value-driven IT solutions across the following key missions: Steering and supporting legacy systems – ensuring performance, user support, and budget control Driving the evolution of legacy applications – adapting to new business needs, deploying updates, and optimizing performance Championing innovation and transformation – helping the business modernize and stay ahead of digital trends What does the job entail? Salesforce Senior IT Analyst will be integrated within the Sales & Technical Services Domain and will play a key role in supporting business processes like Offer Preparation, Customer Intelligence, Quality and Supply Chain Management – all within a Salesforce-driven ecosystem His / her main missions are: Act as the bridge between Business Analysts and Developers to design the best technical solutions for functional needs Coordinate and steer development activities, ensuring smooth rollout and quality delivery Lead the evolution of existing information systems aligned with IT standards and business strategy Collaborate with IT architecture experts and oversee a mix of development resources Support the user support team in resolving complex incidents and improving system performance Who are we looking for?
