About the Role: Position Title: Manager Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President Reporting to: VP – Compliance Office for Asia (ACO) - Compliance Technology & Analytics (CTA) Location: Bengaluru Job Profile Position details: The Compliance Technology and Analytics (CTA) is responsible for providing technical support to Core- Compliance functions. The team addresses the technical needs, by developing and deploying the technical solutions to automate manual tasks and streamline process. Additionally, the team provide the advisory support on technical aspects. The candidate will primarily be responsible to understand the problem statement and convert it into business requirement. By using the available tools and applications the candidate is expected to provide an effective solution to address the business requirements identified. Moreover, the candidate will be responsible to communicate project status, timelines, and any blocker that arise effectively. Roles and Responsibilities: Identify problems / opportunities to translate them into business requirement and drive solutions through viable tools like (SharePoint, Power Platform, Alteryx, Tableau, VBA, or Python) Generate and recommend appropriate technological solutions for issues within the compliance space. Understanding business requirements, to recommend, pilot and prototype new solutions and technologies including development, demonstration, deployment, and maintenance. Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and execution of project work efforts. Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Organize, plan and conduct meetings / teleconferences / workshops as necessary to drive the Regional / Global Technology Rollouts within the Compliance functions. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 6-9 years in financial services Good knowledge and understand of banking and finance. Broad-minded with strong attention to detail to identify problem / opportunities and address it. Willing to take on ad hoc tasks and learn new tools and technologies. Ability to manage end-to-end ownership of deliverable with minimal supervision. Technical hands-on in any of the tools like (Alteryx or Tableau). Proficient at any coding language (preferably Python, or VBA) Good knowledge on implementing solutions using M365 Apps (SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps). Configure reports and dashboards for monthly reporting to Management Information Self-motivated and driven to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams. Comfortable supporting, collaborating and communicating with senior management. Able to build solid working relationships through active listening, delivering promised results and establishing trust. Collaborative with a positive attitude, strong sense of empathy and responsibility, and ability to make timely decisions.
