SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Support Specialist 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience Key Responsibilities: Support Change Management (including release and transport processes) Manage Test Planning and Reporting (including working with Test Step Designer) Maintain Solution Documentation and help with process and document management Understand ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and IT processes Support users with SAP roles and business partner data Required Skills: Strong experience with SAP SolMan : Change, Test, and Documentation modules Basic knowledge of SAP authorization roles and business partners Good understanding of IT processes and ALM tools Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in: Computer Science IT / Engineering (BE/B.Tech) MCA or equivalent Business Administration (for functional roles) Nice to Have (Optional): SAP SolMan Certification (e.g., 7.2 version) ITIL Foundation Certification Agile or Project Management certifications (Scrum, PMP, etc.)
