Job Title: Retail Fashion Consultant (Luxury Brands) Location: Mumbai Department: Retail / Sales Reports To: Store Manager Job Summary: As a Retail Fashion Consultant for a luxury fashion brand, you will be the face of the brand, providing a world-class client experience and styling service. You will build lasting relationships with clients, understand their personal style preferences, and ensure they receive the highest level of customer care and attention. Your goal is to drive sales, foster brand loyalty, and uphold the brand’s prestigious image. Key Responsibilities: Client Experience: Deliver personalized and attentive service to all clients, ensuring a premium shopping experience. Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand history. Sales & Performance: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Proactively drive store revenue through clienteling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques. Support the team in achieving store sales goals. Product Expertise & Styling: Provide expert styling advice based on client needs and preferences. Stay informed on product features, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling to enhance the selling process. Participate in product training and seasonal collection briefings. Store Operations: Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and receiving deliveries. Handle transactions accurately and ensure compliance with company policies. Brand Representation: Embody the values, aesthetics, and professionalism of the luxury brand at all times. Participate in brand events, VIP experiences, and client outreach initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in luxury retail, fashion consulting, or personal styling. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sales-driven with a passion for fashion and styling. High attention to detail and client-first mindset. Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
