Job Summary: Sr GL Analyst (Reconciliation ) will be responsible for the Reconciliation of all Financial Statement accounts and financial reporting of the company. This includes managing the corporate reconciliation process, global intercompany process, preparing timely consolidated financial statements, providing analysis and reporting. Responsibilities: ● She/he is responsible for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of preparing reconciliation of all general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany accounts, treasury transactions and bank reconciliations as well as for the associated reporting requirements. ● Process intercompany transactions in accordance with GAAP ● Ensure timely payments are made to intercompany affiliates ● Prepare recurring and reconciling journal entries in connection with month end close ● Account reconciliations for various general ledger accounts ● Assist with preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports for direct and upper management ● Perform financial analysis on financial results in connection with month end accounting close ● Other ad hoc projects as required Requirements: Skill & Experience Needed ● Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant ● Hands on Person who can also guide the team ● Independent thinking with keen problem solving skills. ● Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans. ● High organization and prioritization skills. ● Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. ● Excellent Accounting and accounting process skills ● Excellent communication and presentation skills ● Team management and collaboration skills ● Proven problem solving, risk mitigation and analytical skills ● Excellent team and interpersonal skills What You’ll Get Competitive salary.
