Position: Business Head – Site Services (Oil & Gas Downstream Projects) Location: Navi Mumbai Seniority Level: Leadership (P&L Role) Reporting To: CEO Team Size: 50+ (across site operations, delivery, procurement) About the Hiring Organization An established Indian industrial services and engineered solutions company with 30+ years of legacy, working across Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, and Steel sectors. This organization provides mission-critical field services to top private and public sector clients in India and abroad. Their site services business unit offers bundled, turnkey solutions for maintenance, shutdowns, and reliability projects and is now poised for global growth. Role Objective To scale the site services business from ₹20 Cr to ₹50 Cr+ by: - Expanding bundled services - Building new service lines from proof-of-concept (POC) to recurring business - Driving entry into at least 3 international markets - Owning P&L, client relationships, and operational excellence - Delivering strong ROI-backed business cases for new investments Key Responsibilities - Own and scale full P&L of the site services division - Develop partnerships and SPVs for global execution - Lead business development across Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, and Cement - Build high-performance delivery, procurement, and execution teams - Institutionalize risk assessment, costing, reporting, and governance - Expand cross-sell and upsell opportunities across service offerings - Drive operational excellence and cost optimization Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Haves - Age 35–45 - 12–20 years’ experience in O&G downstream services or EPC - Engineering degree preferred - Willing to travel extensively (India + international); passport ready Technical/Functional - Proven P&L ownership and business scaling experience - Strong client network in O&G, with exposure to Steel, Cement, Power - Experience in selling and executing large service contracts - Hands-on understanding of manpower mobilization and delivery - Strong commercial acumen and risk management capability - Ability to convert POC into sustainable revenue streams Psychographic Fit - Entrepreneurial, field-led, and accountable - “Buck stops with me” attitude - Balanced thinker and doer – strategic + hands-on - Strong eye for detail and execution discipline Preferred Background - Shutdown & maintenance services in downstream O&G - EPC contractors with site execution capability - OEMs with service arms (bolting, lifting, rotary services) - Asset integrity or predictive maintenance firms Target Geographies Candidate can be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. Prior experience in India and GCC countries is a plus.
