Job Description

The Role You are a hands-on design leader, someone who can drive product thinking and elevate craft, while also helping guide a small team locally. Youʼll work closely with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, and AI to ship thoughtful, intuitive, and delightful executed features. This is a player/coach role: youʼll be expected to design, prototype, and ship high-impact work yourself while also mentoring other designers and representing design within the Bangalore team. What Youʼll Do ●Own and lead end-to-end product design work for core product areas ●Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI to define problems and explore solutions ●Push creative boundaries and bring critical thinking to every stage of the process ●Raise the quality bar through exceptional visual and interaction design ●Manage, support and mentor 2-3 other designers as we scale the team in Bangalore ●Contribute to and help evolve our design system and interaction patterns ●Help shape the overall product and design culture as an early team member What Weʼre Looking For ●10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products ●Deep experience working on 0→1 products, ideally in early-stage B2B startups ●Exceptional individual contributor skills: strong in interaction design, visual design, and product/design thinking ●Ability to lead projects from scratch with minimal guidance ●Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and geographies ●Based in Bangalore and comfortable working in-person ●Bonus: experience designing AI-powered workflows or tools Why Join Us ●Shape a category-defining AI product from the earliest stages ●Collaborate with a sharp, ambitious team that values quality and speed ●Own big product areas and have outsized impact ●Be a foundational part of our Bangalore team and influence design culture from the ground up
