Role: Inside Sales/Senior Inside Sales Executive Location: Chennai/Mumbai (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Develop sales opportunities via telephone, email, and social media to introduce company products and identify potential buyers. Understand customer needs, conduct needs analysis, and identify prospects' pain points. Route qualified opportunities to sales executives and schedule appointments for meetings. Manage client data in CRM, ensuring accurate logging of communications and documents. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline is required. Minimum 2+ years of experience in tech sales. Demonstrates strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet sales quotas. Experience with CRM systems and prospecting tools like LinkedIn.
