Role Overview Position : Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Lead Purpose : Lead and drive organization-wide DEI strategy and initiatives to foster an inclusive culture and systemic equity. Job Summary: Looking for a person who is passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to head the DEI Function. This role provides an opportunity to make an organization-wide positive impact through driving inclusion. The DEI Lead will be primarily responsible for strategizing DEI within the organization and ensuring effective execution of the same. As part of their charter, they will align stakeholders to the organization goals for DEI, create and implement programs that drive systemic change and create Equity. This includes analysing data, putting measures in place, designing and executing initiatives and interacting with stakeholders across functions to achieve DEI goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Define and execute the DEI strategy aligned with organizational goals. Program Oversight : Manage initiatives across focus areas—Gender, Disability, LGBTQ+, Veterans, Ethnicity/Nationality. Data-Driven Impact : Use analytics to measure DEI effectiveness and guide actions. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business and Talent Acquisition teams to improve diversity representation. External Partnerships : Build relationships with organizations to support diverse hiring. Compliance & Trends : Ensure regulatory compliance and stay updated on global DEI best practices. Global Collaboration : Work across cultures and time zones, including support for global teams. Support Requests : Respond to DEI-related RFPs, customer queries, and award submissions.
