Designation: Manager/ Associate Manager- Campaign Management Location: Andheri (e), Mumbai RESPONSIBILITIES: Monetization • Understand and master consumer trends in the North American market across high-performing categories • Design monetization strategy through audience identification, trend mapping, ad collateral design, and optimizations • Maximize advertiser ROI while ensuring optimal user experience and adherence to compliance rules Experimentation • Creatively identify and pursue audiences via catchy and relevant ad copies • Put the science in the art of advertising by measuring the impact of tests at every step of the process Analytics and Growth Hacking • Using business intelligence reports to identify trends and patterns in advertiser and consumer trends • Use cutting-edge minute-by-minute real-time reporting to directly impact both supply and demand side metrics • Literally, be part of the growth team by contributing directly to the team’s and company’s bottom line. Team Building and Management • Build & manage a team to drive the required efforts • Learn from mentors who are industry specialists and mentor new joinees yourself • Work with Account Management and Product teams to help improve reporting, introduce alerts and automation • Mentor and conduct training program for new joinees YOU SHOULD APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF: Required Experience • You are a undergraduate/ postgraduate with a knack for data analysis, creativity, entrepreneurial aptitude, and business acumen • 3+ yrs of experience/interest with media buying platforms such as AdWords, Facebook, and Native traffic sources/platforms. Logical Approach • You have a structured thought process and are methodical in your approach to solving problems • You are at ease managing lots of data, identifying data trends and patterns, and are able to translate them to actionable campaign management methods Creative Mindset • You are creative in your methods for identifying the right products/services for the right audiences • You are able to find creative methods to optimize campaigns and maximize profits Problem Solver • You are proactive in your approach to problem-solving and navigating ambiguity and complexity • You persevere and never give up on the first try.
