This role is dedicated to the precise and timely processing of all employee data transactions within the SAP SuccessFactors employee central system, maintaining data integrity and meeting SLA targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Employee Data Maintenance: a. Accurate and timely entry and maintenance of employee master data. b. Processing new hire information, including personal details, job roles, and organizational assignments. c. Updating employee records with changes such as promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments. d. Managing employee terminations and retirements. 2. Transaction Processing: a. Handling various HR transactions within SuccessFactors Employee Central modules. b. Managing organizational structure changes within the system. c. Processing Global assignments. 3. Data Integrity and Quality: a. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the SuccessFactors platform. b. Conducting regular data audits and identifying discrepancies. c. Implementing data validation rules and procedures. 4. Reporting and Analysis: a. Generating standard and ad-hoc reports from SuccessFactors. b. Providing data analysis to support HR decision-making. c. Maintaining and updating reporting related changes. 5. System Support and Troubleshooting: a. Resolving data-related issues and providing user support. b. Troubleshooting system errors and escalating complex issues. c. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors functionality. 6. Process Improvement: a. Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance data management efficiency. b. Documenting data management procedures and workflows. c. Skill/Experience Requirements: Graduate in any stream with 1 to 6 years of HR experience, specifically in HR administration, with mandatory experience processing hire-to-retire transactions within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Module. Experience managing and resolving HR-related incidents using Service Now ticketing system. Strong English communication skills, customer focus, and a sense of urgency.
