What You'll Do: Take full ownership of product design across mobile and web — from vision to execution. Design intuitive, elegant, and impactful flows across the CNESS ecosystem — including Conscious Certification, Mentor Journeys, Community Layer, and Learning Labs. Lead UX planning and UI delivery for major product modules. Collaborate with founders, tech leads, and marketing to align product vision with scalable design systems. Own the Figma system, maintain consistency, and push visual evolution. What You’ll Need: 4–6 years of experience in UI/UX with a strong digital product portfolio. Expert in Figma, prototyping tools, and design handoff. Deep understanding of user journeys, accessibility, UX best practices, and performance. Prior experience designing for SaaS, marketplaces, or mission-driven products is a plus. What We Value: Designers who think strategically and execute decisively.
