Basic Requirement: · Strong Electrical engineering & basic analog building blocks fundamentals. · Experience in design of Analog & Power Management Circuits & HV IC Design concepts. · Experience in architecting and leading complex mixed-signal circuit block spec definition, top-level simulations, design verification and design for test. · Good grasp of power-stage circuit design and basic digital design fundamentals. · Strong knowledge of silicon process technology and semiconductor devices. · Good mentoring, communication, presentation skills and team work. Primary Responsibilities: · Contribute to disruptive device definition by working on core-technology development. · Develop circuit architectures for the chip starting from datasheet / system specifications. · Develop individual block design specification based on full chip circuit architecture. · Develop design schematics and engage in design and verification. · Ownership of complex analog circuit design activities including technical ownership as well as schedule planning and tracking. · Working closely with DV team and review / close spec gaps and design bugs, as they arise. · Working closely with layout team and performing post layout parasitic simulation, verification of all IC level performance metrics. · Support the bench and ATE test with test plan, schematic and layout verification. · Participate hands-on in Silicon Debug, assisting in characterization and qual support. · Innovate & drive new and improved design / verification methodologies where needed, work with the EDA team to upgrade tools and flows. · Own design development, reviews and create necessary design and product documentation. · Work with test engineers to come up with optimized DFT techniques and implement DFT hooks for mixed-signal products.
