Job Title: Digital Campaign And Paid Media Specialist Job Type: On-site Location: Bengaluru Experience: 6+ yrs Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Campaign Paid Media Specialist to ensure the quality, efficiency, and success of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn . This role includes pre-launch QA/QC, budget pacing checks, performance analysis, and delivering actionable insights to meet KPIs . You'll support omnichannel strategy through reporting, optimization recommendations, and clear communication of data-driven findings to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: QA and QC - Pre-launch Testing, Landing Page QA, Error Identification & Resolution and Performance Benchmarking . Check the budget pacing across the Paid media channels and notify the respective specialists if there are any significant over/under pacing Collecting and analysing data, identifying trends and insights to achieve the KPI metrics in paid media campaigns Reporting and analysing performance across campaigns – including building reports and dashboards Creating an overview of campaign spend and suggestions for the budget optimisation based on insights Monitor KPIs during campaign period and recommend areas of optimization for paid media specialists and account managers. Prepare and present reports regularly in the internal client squad meetings Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization. Understand omnichannel approach to paid media and provide a holistic view on performance based on the insights that is in line with brand and business objectives Able to communicate the value of data in a language that is understood by internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Act as subject matter expert in developing our strategic fact-based recommendations for future paid media strategies Act as sparring partner for our future roadmap to develop predictive and prescriptive data models that will support our customer engagement strategies across the organization.
