The TIMS Editorial function plays a pivotal role in curating content that resonates with readers' interests and aspirations. Roles & Responsibilities: - A good command over language, and writing style Ability to sniff out stories that come under topics like entertainment, city and lifestyle An understand of local (Kannada) and south cinema, preferably with reporting experience on the Kannada film and TV industry Ability to execute stories within stipulated deadlines Multimedia skills pertaining to video making Understands social media trends and how to capitalize on them Ability to work on pages - editing, proofing within stipulated deadlines Educational Qualifications : Graduation degree in any discipline preferably in English with degree or diploma in journalism/mass communication Years of Experience: 1 to 2 years Note- We are specifically looking for candidates based in Bangalore who are proficient in the local language (Kannada) and have a background in Entertainment Reporting and south cinema, preferably with reporting experience on the Kannada film and TV industry Knowledge and Skills: Strong command of English (independent writing skills are essential—no AI-generated content) What is in it For You?
