Key Responsibilities End-to-End P&L Ownership: Take complete ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the LCV Outstation category, managing a Pan-India team and processes to deliver on mandated goals. Product-Market Fit (PMF) for LCV Outstation: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify core needs within the category. Collaborate extensively with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable and user-friendly. Strategize and implement the right pricing models and supply onboarding processes for the vertical. Own and optimize all key operational metrics for this business segment. Develop a deep understanding of and establish the right partner ecosystem. Study behavioral patterns of partners and customers to continuously improve engagement. Implement robust feedback loops to adapt strategies based on real-time data and insights. Product Marketing: Ideate, launch, and manage effective product marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of LCV Outstation solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure maximum impact. Fast Experimentation: Drive rapid experimentation with structural, operational, and marketing initiatives. Rigorously measure outcomes and iterate quickly based on data-driven insights to achieve continuous improvement.
