Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Experience in monitoring Application components, Servers, Network devices and Access points Monitoring services on Solar winds and ticket creation on Service now ticketing tool Prepare the problem tickets and RCA of all critical alerts and repetitive alerts Monitoring alerts, troubleshooting errors, and escalating issues to appropriate teams, all while adhering to documented procedures and utilizing various monitoring tools.
