Our research explores and explains how individuals and ‘individuals in a collective define purpose, generate ideas, make choices, allocate resources, implement decisions and realize their personal and shared purpose. The role involves taking an active role in on-going research projects in various stages from conception to completion and publication under faculty guidance and supervision.
