We’re looking for a fashion designer who understands the pulse of Gen Z and millennial culture and can bring strong ideas to life. What you’ll do: Research trends and moodboard references in streetwear and athleisure Develop seasonal collections from concept to final sample Create detailed tech packs and oversee sampling Coordinate with vendors, tailors, and the production team Collaborate with creative, marketing, and shoot teams to bring collections to life Ensure design aligns with brand DNA and aesthetic Keep timelines in check and maintain quality standards What we’re looking for: Strong understanding of street style Passion for youth culture, music, and streetwear aesthetics Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop is a plus) Experience with Clo3D is a big bonus Ability to take initiative, stay organized, and work collaboratively 1–3 years of experience preferred, but not a deal-breaker for the right talent Strictly Mumbai-based candidates only
