Our services include Real Estate Renting (residential, office), Furniture Rental, Property Management, Visa & Immigration Services, Car Rental, Serviced Apartments, and other miscellaneous services. We are currently seeking a proactive individual with strong communication skills to join our team and assist with various tasks related to the Real Estate Renting Business. Job Summary: The Sr. Consultant shall act as Key Account Manager for handling various customer requirements for Real Estate, Car Rental, Visa/Immigration, and other related services. It offers a great opportunity to work with various Japanese (and occasionally non-Japanese corporate customers) in their journey of business advancements and expansions. You shall be dealing with various Japanese expats including some senior level management (MD, CEOs) of Japanese companies in India. Key Responsibilities a.     Client Consultation & Relationship Management o  Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese corporate clients and expats, assisting them with their all the requirements. (Apartment search, VISA/FRRO, Car rental services, etc) o  Communicate fluently in Japanese (spoken and written) to facilitate smooth interactions with clients, landlords, and brokers. o  Provide guidance on real estate market, including rental procedures, society regulations, and society formalities. o  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Japanese clients, admins, landlords, brokers, vendors ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction. o  Assist clients in selecting properties that best meet their needs and budget, offering recommendations based on location, amenities, and lease terms. o  Support clients in negotiations with landlords to secure favorable rental terms, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process. b.     Real Estate Leasing & Operations Management o  Oversee the entire process, from property selection to lease agreement finalization, ensuring all formalities are handled correctly. o  Ensure proper documentation and compliance with rental laws, coordinating closely with landlords, brokers, and property management companies. o  Manage the property handover process, including: Coordinating move-in procedures and ensuring a smooth transition. Arranging for furniture setup and appliance installations as needed. Conducting property condition checks at handover and maintaining records for future reference. Addressing any post-move-in issues, such as maintenance concerns or utility setup, by liaising with landlords and service providers. o  Coordinate with internal teams for timely rental invoicing, utility bill payments, and lease renewals, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately. o  Work closely with internal departments to streamline service execution and promptly address any client concerns. c.      Additional Relocation & Support Services o  Assist clients with VISA and FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office) processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. o  Coordinate with team members and Facilitate short-term and long-term car rental services for expats as per their requirements. o  Manage bookings for serviced apartments, ensuring clients have comfortable short-term stay options before securing permanent housing. d.     Market Research & Business Development o  Stay up to date with rental market trends, property availability, and pricing fluctuations to provide clients with informed recommendations. o  Maintain an extensive property database, expanding listings to offer clients a diverse range of housing options. o  Working closely with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of client requests. o  Preparing internal documents, service-related SOP’s, maintaining client data in real time, and Presentations as necessary o  Coming up with Marketing strategies for business development. Qualifications & Skills o  Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher, read/write/speak) is mandatory o  Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) o  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any field o  Prior experience of corporate administrative job, especially in Japanese company is preferred o  Prior real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory o  Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. o  Ability to manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. o  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. o  Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to facilitate smooth transition for clients. o  Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset. ×---Thank you for considering---×
