Respond promptly to reservation inquiries and provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel facilities. Confirm, modify, or cancel bookings as per guest requests, ensuring all details are recorded accurately in the reservation system. Collaborate with front office and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and special requests are met. Maintain up-to-date records of all reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest queries and resolving issues efficiently. Generate daily and periodic reservation reports for management review. Upsell hotel services and facilities where appropriate to maximize revenue. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the reservation process.
