Job Summary: We are looking for an dynamic and result driven Regional Key Account Manager-Modern Trade to lead and grow our business in assigned region in modern trade business. The person will be responsible for managing key modern trade account , driving sales, building strong relationship. The role encompasses end-to-end responsibility for Account handling, Closure & Execution of TOTs, Negotiations & On-boarding of accounts across India in Modern Trade This includes Secondary & Primary management, Visibility of the product, Distributor management & Team Management. What You’ll Do- 1. Account Management ● Availability of all the products in Modern Trade Accounts ● Developing & Implementation modern trade strategy , aligned with the overall sales objective of organisation. ● Negotiation , Pricing & TOTs with the accounts for long term business. ● Implementation & Tracking all the KPIs at store level (Filtrate, PO Volume, Customer Satisfaction Matrix etc.) ● Distributor Management ● ROI of the distributor ● Build and nurture strong relationships with the modern trade channels. ● Secondary Claim management ● Participation in the festivals to enhance visibility of the brand & revenue generation along with the BAUs 2. Growth Management ● Secondary & Primary management of the business ● Quarterly/ Monthly sales progression ● NPD development &growth ● Ensure timely execution of launches , promotion and activation plans across modern trade stores.
