Location: Mumbai Reports To: CEO Experience: 6–10 years Qualification: B.E./B. Tech (preferably Civil, Infrastructure, or related) or MBA (Preferred from reputed institutions) Industry:  Infrastructure / EPC / Manufacturing Role Overview: We are seeking a highly competent and dynamic Executive Business Assistant to support the CEO in strategic and operational matters, with a strong focus on asset management business, performance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping drive key initiatives across the business while ensuring execution excellence and organizational alignment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Operational Support: Assist the CEO in driving key business areas including: Asset Management Strategic Initiatives Productivity Enhancement Programs Stakeholder Engagement including lenders and investors Business Communication & Reporting: Prepare high-quality management briefings, investor updates, and presentations. Track and follow up on key deliverables and strategic action points. Asset Management Oversight: Ensure operational alignment with the terms of the Concession Agreement. Support compliance, reporting, and escalation on critical issues. Cost Management: Monitor Capex & Opex budgets; track performance against financial targets. Identify and support implementation of cost-optimization initiatives. Performance Monitoring: Track the progress of major capital and operational initiatives. Drive timely execution of plans and flag deviations proactively. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Assist in cultivating an organization-wide culture with the highest HSE standards. Facilitate CEO-led HSE reviews and follow-ups. Review & Governance: Organize and document monthly project review meetings with project teams. Follow up on MOM action items and ensure timely closure. Revenue Growth Support: Assist in identifying and tracking revenue enhancement initiatives across projects. Confidentiality & Professionalism: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and strategic matters. Represent the CEO’s office with maturity, discretion, and professionalism. Candidate Profile: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation capabilities. High levels of ownership, integrity, and accountability. Experience in infrastructure, roads, or concessions sector will be an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment directly with CXO-level leadership.
