A SF ONB Consultant is expected to lead end-to-end implementation or integration of the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module, including configuration, requirement gathering, integration with EC (Employee Central), third-party systems, and mentoring junior consultants. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Lead full-cycle SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0/2.0 implementations. • Conduct client workshops and requirement gathering sessions. • Configure ONB modules, including panels, business rules, and data models. • Integrate ONB with Employee Central, Recruiting (RCM), and Third-party systems (e.g., DocuSign, ADP). • Handle onboarding process automation, forms, and compliance tasks. • Conduct data migration, testing, and issue resolution. • Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for SuccessFactors ONB and provide post-go-live support. • Train HR teams/end-users and support change management.
