The Industrial and Infrastructure Development Advisory (IIDA) practice of KPMG in India has been advising and assisting India’s development objective by seamlessly bridging the gap between Government’s vision and execution, steering impactful initiatives across the spectrum of infrastructure, industrial and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) development as well as tourism, leisure, and sports. Our multidisciplinary approach blends cutting-edge strategies, regulatory acumen, and global best practices. Our team of multi-domain experts has successfully delivered national priority strategic engagements, providing guidance and insights to central and state governments, Public Sector Units (PSUs), and multilateral institutions Key Responsibilities: Lead and support implementation of EoDB reforms across departments and agencies. Analyze existing regulatory frameworks and recommend simplification strategies. Coordinate with government stakeholders to drive policy and process improvements. Monitor and report progress on EoDB indicators and reform milestones. Provide technical inputs for digital transformation and single-window systems. Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports for senior officials and external stakeholders. Conduct workshops and capacity-building sessions for government departments. Required Qualifications: Education : Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) from a recognized institute. Experience : Minimum 7 years of professional experience . At least 5 years in EoDB, regulatory reforms, and government policy . Experience as a Consultant or Module Lead on EoDB assignments with any State Government in the last 3 years . Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of business process reengineering and regulatory simplification. Experience in stakeholder engagement and inter-departmental coordination. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Familiarity with government portals, MIS systems, and reform tracking tools.
