Strong customer service and technical skills. Apple/Windows Certifications. Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting PCs, Macs, and peripherals. Thorough knowledge of Macintosh OS, Windows OS, Office O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Adobe suite, JAMF. Experience with iPhone and Android setup. Thorough understanding of network concepts. Responsibilities: Support daily activities of PC and Mac users, including training, organizing, and planning when necessary. Maintain and enhance hardware for assigned client groups. Provide 1st and 2nd level support for all clients. Monitor Salesforce Ticket Queues for operational issues or emergencies to meet SLAs. Offer executive support as needed. Deliver high-quality customer service and technical assistance. Collaborate with IS&T team members +63 Test and evaluate PC and Macintosh standards (hardware/software). Plan deployments and upgrades of PCs, Macs, operating systems, and applications. Work closely with client groups, recommending system modifications or new developments as required. Troubleshoot network, system, and application issues. Provide afterhours client and production support as needed. Stay updated on relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and systems.
