Key Responsibilities: Assist in tracking lead dialing, connectivity, and follow-up adherence. Support implementation of lead prioritization and routing strategies. Monitor lead movement and follow up on sales process defaulters. Help maintain balanced lead distribution among sales reps. Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards using Excel or other tools. Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Marketing teams for operational alignment. Contribute to improving the overall efficiency of the sales funnel. Desired Candidate Profile: 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in EdTech or B2C environment.
