We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to manage leads from Gujarat. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Gujarati . Key Responsibilities Explore and implement strategies to increase sales and business opportunities. Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling to generate leads. Maintain regular follow-ups with both new and existing customers to nurture relationships. Develop and create new markets in untapped regions. Generate, close leads, and handle follow-ups effectively. Understand customer requirements, find appropriate solutions, and offer the best options. Work closely with the Sales team to pass on leads and inquiries; transfer leads requiring physical visits to the sales team. Bridge the gap between sales representatives and prospects, tracking the status of the sales process to contribute to organizational growth. Draft proposals, order confirmations, and send invoices to customers using ERP/CRM systems. Ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers through close coordination with the logistics team. Qualifications: 0-2 years in cold calling and B2B lead generation. Experience in selling technical products and services in a B2B environment. Proficient in English and Gujarati ; good listening and speaking skills. Strong negotiation abilities and effective selling skills. Ability to take initiative and assume responsibility. Ability to develop makeshift solutions independently without requiring a large team.
