Role Overview As a Senior Manager – Study Abroad (Pathways), you will lead a high-performance sales team focused on counselling students for global education opportunities. You’ll work directly with Sales Managers and Academic Counsellors to drive revenue, close high-ticket consultative sales, and ensure student success. What You’ll Do ✅ Lead a regional team of 4–5 Managers and 25–30 Academic Counsellors ✅ Drive monthly/quarterly enrolment and revenue targets ✅ Own the entire sales funnel: lead conversion, demos, closure, and post-sale engagement ✅ Regularly monitor team pipelines, sales metrics, and funnel hygiene ✅ Coach Managers to enhance profiling, objection handling & closure techniques ✅ Travel to respective city centers (as required) for team reviews and performance optimization ✅ Monitor attrition and build a strong, stable sales team ✅ Champion upGrad’s unique value in the online + offline global education space Who You Are 4+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in EdTech or high-ticket consultative selling Hands-on leader with prior experience managing large Inside Sales teams (20+ people) Strong command of English, persuasive communicator, and empathetic listener Highly data-driven with experience in setting up scalable sales processes Target-driven, customer-obsessed, and solution-focused Willing to travel within region (South or West, depending on the role) Locations are also open for Kochi and Coimbatore *Send your resumes on *
