About the Role : As an SAP Test Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of SAP testing experts, leading SAP testing projects, and driving service development and continuous improvement in our testing services. You will play a crucial role in pre-sales activities, stakeholder management, and business growth within the Quality Assurance domain. Responsibilities : Serve as the line manager for a large team of SAP quality assurance professionals. Lead one or multiple SAP testing projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Develop and improve testing services, methodologies, and best practices. Participate in pre-sales workshops and contribute to new business development in SAP Quality Assurance. Manage stakeholders across SAP projects, including both customer-side and NTT DATA teams. Ensure smooth execution of performance testing and SAP quality engineering activities. Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in SAP testing, with at least some experience in a leadership role. Required Skills : Strong background in SAP performance testing with hands-on experience in at least one of the following tools: Tricentis Neoload OpenText LoadRunner Experience with at least one test management platform such as: SAP Solution Manager OpenText ALM SAP Cloud ALM TestRail Xray In-depth understanding of performance monitoring on SAP systems. Basic knowledge of ABAP and SQL. Strong grasp of E2E SAP processes and methodologies for test management, test automation, test data management, and interface testing. Experience in managing testing engagements for international clients; experience working abroad is preferred. Proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills in client-facing roles.
