The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in counselling, data management, and inside sales, with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Counselling & Sales: Engage with IIT JEE/NEET aspirants and their parents through calls, video sessions, and walk-ins. Recommend suitable courses and learning paths tailored to student needs. Consistently achieve enrolment and revenue targets. 2. Inside Sales Operations: Drive a high-conversion inside sales process. Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead pipelines. Analyze call data and improve performance metrics. 3. Team Management: Lead, coach, and monitor a team of 5–10 counsellors. Set clear performance KPIs and ensure accountability. Conduct training programs and regular feedback sessions. 4. Data Management & CRM: Maintain and analyze data in CRMs and internal dashboards. Share actionable insights and reports with leadership. Ensure all team members adhere to lead tracking SOPs. Desired Profile: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (Science/Engineering preferred). 5+ years of overall experience, with 2–3 years managing counselling/sales teams. Deep understanding of IIT JEE/NEET segment and student psychology. Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and performance tracking. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
