Job Description

Job Title: Transformation Lead – Finance (Digital and SAP) Function: Finance & Accounts Location: Mumbai Purpose of the Role: To spearhead the digital transformation journey within the Finance function, with a strategic focus on optimizing operations, driving automation, and integrating SAP S/4HANA and other cutting-edge technologies. This role is crucial for aligning financial processes with the long-term strategic goals of CulverMax Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Sony Pictures Networks India). Education & Certifications: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Preferred: Certification in SAP S/4HANA or equivalent digital transformation tools Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Proven track record of leading digital transformation within the Finance domain Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations and optimizations Industry Preference: Media & Entertainment, IT/ITES, Telecom Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Transformation Strategy Design and execute a holistic digital transformation roadmap for Finance in alignment with organizational objectives Continuously evolve SAP capabilities to meet changing business requirements Develop business cases for new tech implementations with clear ROI and governance frameworks 2. SAP S/4HANA Implementation Lead optimization of SAP S/4HANA across key finance verticals: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Order-to-Cash (O2C) Record-to-Report (R2R) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Administer Master Data governance to ensure data integrity and usability Collaborate with Enterprise Technology teams for platform enhancement and stability 3. Process Automation & Technology Integration Identify and implement automation solutions such as RPA, AI, and predictive analytics Enhance financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and decision-support capabilities Enable seamless integration of new tools and processes across Finance and cross-functional teams 4. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Develop change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new systems Partner with IT, Operations, and Business Units to drive alignment and user adoption Establish governance structures for oversight and accountability 5. Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement Define and track KPIs to evaluate the success of digital initiatives Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Finance function Key Competencies & Skills Required: Strong understanding of core financial processes and systems Project leadership experience across complex, multi-functional digital initiatives Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and exposure to other digital finance platforms Knowledge of RPA, AI, and emerging fintech solutions Experience in change management and building cross-functional alignment
