Towards this we are growing the team of investment advisors. The Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Investment Advisor to lead our expansion and manage a team of Investment Advisors. This role offers the opportunity to build a career in wealth management while contributing to clients' financial success. What You'll Do: Lead a Team : Recruit, mentor, and manage Investment Advisors to drive AUA growth Build Client Relationships : Develop trust-based relationships with existing and new clients Create Financial Plans : Design comprehensive strategies aligned with client goals Optimize Portfolios : Review and enhance existing portfolios for future growth Drive Business Growth : Acquire new clients and build referral networks What We're Looking For: Qualifications Academic Background: A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Commerce. CFA or CWM will be a differentiator Candidates must have/complete NISM XA and XB certifications or a valid CFP® certification Experience : Minimum 2 years in client-facing advisory roles Essential Skills Strong relationship management and communication abilities Solid knowledge of equity markets, mutual funds, and portfolio construction Experience in financial planning and investment management Team leadership and client acquisition capabilities MoneyWorks4me is wholly owned by two seasoned professionals from prestigious institutions - IIT and IIM. Their prior experience includes working with renowned companies like HUL and Castrol, and they launched The Alchemists Ark Pvt. Ltd. as a consulting firm in 2000, boasting a prestigious clientele list including M&M, Toyota, Maruti, Bajaj Auto, Castrol, Bosch, ICICI, among others. Location: Pune in the first year. Mumbai could be an option after a year.
