As a Lead QA Automation Specialist in our Enterprise Technology team, you will: Develop automated test scripts and plans using standard frameworks & tools Design & implement automated test plans and cases Identify and track bugs and defects Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved Track QA metrics Report on test automation results suggesting recommendations for improvement Must-Have Experience: 6-8+ years developing QA automation Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes & systems Experience of writing clear and detailed test plans & cases Experience of working in an Agile / Scrum development process Detailed problem-solving skills Experience of working with other development teams to ensure quality is designed in at all stages of product lifecycle Experience in mentoring teams Must Have Skills: Experience of building automation frameworks from scratch Experience of test automation, including test script generation in C# (or similar). Experience of writing automated scripts using Specflow Experience of deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jenkins Experience of API testing, using test drivers, simulators, harnesses, and API tools like SwaggerUI, Postman and SoapUI. (any of them) Expertise in developing & maintaining automated test scripts Desirable Skills/Experience Experience of running SQL queries on databases, to validate test outcomes. Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance (and Operations) Experience of writing test automation for mobile devices Exposure to any Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Experience of supply chain planning using tools like Blue Yonder. Experience of end-to-end supply chain management Experience of testing IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) Experience of testing ecommerce on SAP Commerce Cloud Experience of testing any point of sales systems (POS), such as Microsoft Store Commerce. Experience of solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services Ability to operate with relative independence in a fast-paced work environment. Experience of Analytics and Power BI Proficient in using browserstack. Proficient with test management systems such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr Scale etc. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
