We are now looking for a Brand Solutions Manager to lead strategic client engagements and manage end-to-end delivery of branded campaigns, including marketing promotions, digital activations, thought leadership events, and virtual or physical roundtables. Key Responsibilities Client Campaign Management: Lead the execution of brand campaigns for clients including webinars, roundtables, content partnerships, and event activations. Own the entire lifecycle from brief to delivery. Cross-functional Coordination: Work with internal teams across content, design, digital marketing, and production to bring campaign elements together seamlessly. Social & Audience Activation: Drive campaign visibility by ensuring strong presence across AIM's social media handles and partner platforms. Guide audience acquisition strategies for each campaign. Account Management: Build strong relationships with clients, act as the key point of contact, manage expectations, ensure timely delivery, and drive renewals and upsells. Strategic Consulting: Consult with partners to recommend campaign formats and ideas based on their goals, ensuring alignment with AIM’s audience and editorial voice. Performance Tracking: Own post-campaign reporting, measure success metrics, and present outcomes to clients with actionable insights. Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in brand solutions , client servicing , or account management roles, ideally within media, advertising, or events companies. Proven track record in executing integrated marketing campaigns and client-facing project ownership . Strong understanding of digital media, social platforms, and B2B marketing dynamics. Prior experience with webinars, virtual events, or CXO roundtables is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – and a solution-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with poise and accountability.
