For more information about Intellect, visit Location : (Chennai / Gurgaon / Mumbai) - if we can't find in Chennai only then Experience : 5–8 years Job Type : Full-time Reports To : Product Head – Digital Engagement Platform About the Role We are looking for a proactive and passionate Scrum Master to join our fast-growing Digital Engagement Platform (DEP) team. You will be responsible for driving agile delivery across multi-functional squads working on global digital banking solutions. This role demands strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and delivery discipline to support high-quality releases across multiple modules (Retail, Corporate, Onboarding, Back Office, Assisted Banking). Key Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews for multiple product squads. Coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles , drive continuous improvement, and remove delivery blockers. Work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, Designers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments. Manage Sprint Metrics : velocity, burndown, spillovers, and ensure sprint hygiene in JIRA. Coordinate across teams for cross-module dependencies in Retail, Corporate, Assisted, and Onboarding journeys. Ensure strong backlog grooming , story point estimation, and sprint discipline. Report sprint progress, risks, and blockers to Product Head and Engineering leads. Facilitate delivery alignment across regions (APAC, ME, EU, NA) and track milestone adherence. Support UAT, Go-Live, and post-release retrospectives . ✅ Requirements 5+ years of experience in Agile project management , including 2+ years as a Scrum Master. Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams using JIRA/Confluence . Familiarity with Agile delivery lifecycle from story grooming to UAT. Strong understanding of SDLC in SaaS or platform-based delivery . Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Ability to manage remote teams across time zones . Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred. Experience in fintech or digital banking projects is a strong plus.
