Job Title: Vice President – Operations Location: Mumbai Regions Managed: West & South India Salary Range: Up to ₹70 Lakhs per annum Reporting To: CEO / COO Industry: Food & Beverage – Casual Dining Restaurant Chain Experience Required: 15+ years (with relevant experience in restaurant operations) About the Company: Join one of India’s fastest-growing and most respected casual dining restaurant chains. Role Overview: As Vice President – Operations , you will be responsible for managing and scaling restaurant operations across the West and South Indian regions . You will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, enhancing guest satisfaction, building strong regional teams, and ensuring profitability across outlets. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end operations of outlets across West and South India. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and outlet performance. Set and monitor KPIs for restaurant managers and area heads. Lead initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining quality and service standards. Build a high-performance culture through team coaching, mentoring, and leadership development. Ensure strict compliance with brand, quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and HR to ensure cohesive regional execution. Analyze data and reports to make data-driven decisions and optimize operations. Drive new store openings, expansion, and operational readiness. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 15 years of experience , with at least 5 years in a senior operations leadership role within the restaurant, QSR, or hospitality industry . Strong track record of managing multi-location F&B outlets. Excellent leadership and people management skills. High business acumen and strategic thinking ability. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management. Willingness to travel across regions as needed. Preferred Candidate Criteria: Current CTC of ₹35 LPA or above . Candidates with a current CTC below ₹35 LPA will not be preferred.
