Job Title: Technical Specialist-Veeva Location: Onsite ( Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for Highly Skilled and Proactive expert-Level Technical Support to ensure the Stability, compliance and Optimal performance of Veeva applications across commercial, clinical, regulatory and quality Domains High Level Responsibilities: · Provide Level 3 support for Veeva Vault applications, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and escalation management. · Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements. · Translate business needs into technical solutions and/or coordinate with external technical teams for implementation. · Implement/Configure advanced Vault changes without impacting business continuity, support Vault upgrades and regression testing · Troubleshoot and maintain integrations with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems. · Support API-based automation and data exchange processes. · Monitor and resolve issues in middleware or ETL pipelines involving Vault. · Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring or complex issues. · Collaborate with Veeva support and internal stakeholders to resolve platform-level bugs · Identify technical risks or blockers proactively, ensuring timely communication and resolution. · Ensure all changes and fixes comply with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards. · Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, configurations, and SOPs, participate in audits and provide technical evidence as needed · Participate in IT change management and release activities & documentation as needed. · Mentor L1/L2 support teams and conduct knowledge transfer sessions · Generate reports on ticket trends, SLA adherence, and system health. · Recommend improvements based on usage analytics and incident patterns. · Contribute to internal knowledge base and support playbooks Required Skills and Qualifications: · Exposure to Veeva Platform (Eg: Commercial Cloud: CRM, Promomats, Development Cloud: Clinical, RIM, QMS) · Veeva Vault certifications (e.g., Vault Administrator, Vault Business Admin) · Deep knowledge of Veeva architecture, configuration, and modules · Experience with Vault APIs, JavaScript, SQL, and integration tools · Experience in L3 application support · Solid understanding of functional business processes in regulated environments (GxP compliance, validation documentation, and pharma workflows) · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. · Experience of ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
