Position Name:- AGM/Sr. Manager - Bidding Education:- Engineering Graduate + NICMAR Experience:- 15+ Years (Water projects - Bidding/ Tendering) Location:- Nagpur Key Responsibility Areas:- Preparation/Review of bid summary in the prescribed format Review of Pre-qualification mapping. Studying the business terms in the bid/contracts for both PPP/EPC projects and preparation of risk statements along with mitigation plan Presenting bid summary to bid committee to get Go / No go decision In case of gap in Pre-Qualification experience, identifying right partner and finalizing MOUs Preparation/Review of bid documents. Competition mapping along with regional BD managers Site and Client visits as per requirement Ensure timely submission of Bid (Online or offline) Planning activities for the team so as process multiple bids in parallel Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid. Researching current and future market trends Responding to clients’ and other stakeholders’ queries before, during and after the bid has been submitted If the bid is successful, briefing the project teams Creating management dashboard for the management team and periodic presentations Key Stakeholders and Interdependencies: Coordinating & liaising with the Regional Business Development team in relation to lead conversion & strategic inputs Coordinating with Finance team for meeting bid security and tendering requirements Procurement Team for inputs into cost Proposal teams for technical queries as well as technical documentation Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform major duties/responsibilities, successfully: Knowledge: Knowledge of bidding processes of domestic / multi-lateral agencies Knowledge of Waste-Water Management and Water Businesses is preferred. However knowledge of other key infrastructure sectors like Power, Roads, Airports, urban utilities shall also be considered Demonstrated track-record of leading successful bids Skills: Flexibility to quickly adjust to dynamic Tendering schedules and requirements Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
