Additional HR certifications are a plus. Work Experience: 5-10 yrs. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in the Domestic BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, team management, and strategic talent acquisition, specifically within the BPO sector. As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent, ensuring we meet our staffing requirements while fostering a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various roles across the Domestic BPO industry. Focus on volume hiring and specialized positions. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and training to improve the team's performance and efficiency. End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with senior management and department heads to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Use multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract a diverse candidate pool. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications. Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to continuously improve recruitment processes. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment standards. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on recruitment activities. Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through outreach programs, social media presence, and positive candidate experiences to attract top talent. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor recruitment strategies, and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive hiring practices. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role within the BPO sector. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Domestic BPO industry, hiring trends, and role requirements. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Leadership Ability: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve recruitment goals and maintain high-performance standards. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
