Our core values include: About the Role You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, developing, and deploying new and existing technology that maintain and support the organisation's EUC environments. Additionally, you will act as the technical escalation point and be involved where time permits on project work. Duties include providing 2nd and 3rd line support; contributing to discussions on current issues and the future strategic direction for enterprise EUC services; and continuously seeking to improve and develop the firm's EUC service and security management, patch management and configuration processes.
